Pricing is not confirmed until you complete your registration and is subjected to the terms and condition of enrollment. Promotional pricing and discounts are subjected to complete payment and maybe cancelled or withheld for any reasons.

All content including, information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, graphics, flyers, and other materials (collectively “Content”) is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other property rights, and these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or developed in the future. All Content is protected as a collective work under U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not remove any copyright or trademark content.

Consent to Electronic Communication and Email Solicitation

When you register for services or complete a form for contact, you are agreeing to receiving information and other materials regarding products or services KL may offer. Such solicitation may take the form of materials being mailed to you, telephone calls, emails, or other forms. Should you want to opt out, please contact info@klpreschool.com, call (718) 679-9909, or follow any and all links to be removed.

Fees, Sales, Promotional Offers, Coupons, and Tuition

KL makes every effort to ensure that the pricing on its sites and printed materials are accurate. Sales, promotions, and any such discount pricing offers may expire. Tuition and fees are specific to each program each semester. KL reserves the right to discontinue or modify any coupons, credits, sales, tuition on its website and any published materials.

Refund Policy

Please refer to your enrollment contract. In the event that there is a discrepancy, we will use the version of the terms and conditions of enrollment including the withdrawal policy on your child’s enrollment contract to resolve any matters.

Referral Fee

Referral discounts are only applicable to new students who, including any and all of their siblings, have never attended a KL and its affiliates program.

No Warranties/Limitation of Liability

KL WEBSITE(S) AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PAST TEST SCORES, PERFORMANCE, AND/OR STATISTICS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE OUTCOME.
